Healthy Titans 2020
The Healthy Titans 2020 Fitness program is open to all University of Wisconsin Oshkosh employees, spouses/domestic partners and retirees. It offers a variety of group exercise classes including Yoga, Core n Strength, Step Aerobics, Body Tone, and Interval Training each semester to meet your fitness needs.
In addition to the group exercise classes, participants may use the Albee Fitness and Strength Training Center or the services of a student fitness specialist. Several different program options are available.

Weight Watchers @ Work
Sponsored by Healthy Titans, the Weight Watchers at Work program aims to help employees go beyond the scale and achieve their health goals. Weight Watchers at Work meets regularly on campus at a reduced rate for UW Oshkosh employees.

Employee Assistance Program w/ LifeMatters
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh values its employees and the unique contribution each person makes to enhance our university community. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) reflects this commitment to employee well-being through offering an array of free and confidential services for employees experiencing personal or work related problems.
LifeMatters is a free employee assistance and work/life program available to all employees and household members. Counselors are available 24 hours a day and provide assistance for a wide range of issues including:

A 10 percent corporate discount on an adult, family or single family membership fee is available to all full-time University faculty and staff members who elect to enroll in the program. The YMCA offers a convenient monthly payment option and no contracts.
